About Matthew
My name is Matthew and I am a CELTA qualified English teacher from Manchester UK with a passion for the English language. My professional career to date has largely been coaching and training employees for a large multinational company. This line of work has given me a passion for personal development and helped me hone a particular set of skills that are tailored to drive improvement in all my students.

My beliefs as a teacher can be summarised in a single quote “A good education can change anyone, but a good teacher can change everything!” – my approach to teaching is centred around the student and their interests. It is vital that any student learns using a context that draws on their general likes and interests. By doing this in my lessons, I can ensure that not only will they learn but they will do so without realising it! I continuously strive to improve myself and by doing so means I an offer the best of myself to my students.
