Marc is a very motivated cellist who is currently studying at the Manhattan School of Music. I know Marc since 2013,when we met at the music Academy MusicAlp in the summer, where musicians from all other the world come to give lessons. He has always had a deep interest in teaching and transmitting his enthusiasm of music. He has a huge experience in various teaching methods, coming from the fact that he studied in Paris, London and New-York with a broad range of international musicians. It makes him very adaptable to the students. Marc is not only a cello teacher but also a musician in different orchestras, always eager to work on new projects: playing in festivals and taking part in chamber music groups, among many others.

Marc is a fantastic teacher and an overall very knowledgeable person! The classes are always very motivating and he is very enthusiastic and reliable! I love that he teaches a variety of styles as he comes from a European background and the 'structure' of his lessons and his approach enables me to progress constantly, even though I have started the cello quite late and so I am a fairly late beginner.
