About Georgios
I’ve started my career in Greece. I have qualifications as chef, pastry chef, baker and butcher. I’ve worked in various hotels and restaurants in Greece, UK and Aotearoa for 15 years, and mastered my craft. I want to teach and share my knowledge and skills of this industry to students wanting to become professional chefs. Or to home cooks that are passionate for the craft.

I have 15 years of professional cooking experience in Greece, UK and Aotearoa. I’ve trained dozens of young chefs to become professionals. 2-hour long lesson for every level or age.
