About Soufiane
I am a Civil Engineer and Construction Project Manager with practical experience in major building and infrastructure projects. Throughout my career, I have worked in site management, cost estimation, tender analysis, subcontractor selection, negotiation, budgeting and project coordination.
I created these lessons because many civil engineering graduates leave university with strong theoretical knowledge but are not fully prepared for the realities of a construction site. My aim is to help students and young engineers bridge this gap.
I teach with real examples, practical documents and clear step-by-step explanations. My lessons are adapted to your level and professional goals, whether you are preparing for your first job, an interview or a new position on site.
