About Adib
I am a Physical Education teacher with a strong background in Sports Performance. My expertise includes anatomy, biomechanics, nutrition, and fitness assessment. I have experience as a fitness coach and a vice camping commander, showcasing my ability to lead, train, and inspire students in both structured and outdoor environments. My lessons focus on improving physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline while making exercise enjoyable and sustainable. The reason I chose to teach is because I am passionate about guiding students toward a healthier and more active lifestyle. I believe that physical education is more than just sports—it builds confidence, resilience, and lifelong habits that contribute to overall well-being. I want to inspire students to enjoy movement, understand their bodies, and develop a positive relationship with fitness. Seeing my students grow, improve, and develop a love for physical activity is what drives me every day.
