About Maxwell
I am a freelance bassist, drummer and composer specializing in jazz. I have many years of experience and am currently studying my Bachelor's in composition. As an educator, I have worked with both older and younger students in many different contexts, not just music. I also have extensive experience as an ensemble leader and conductor.

I first try to cultivate a passion for music. Everything else in the can be learned later, but the joy of playing is something that must be present early. If a student already meets that criteria I work on giving them as stable a foundation as possible to develop further with.
