About MAYA
I care about making learning enjoyable, inspiring curiosity, and ensuring full understanding. My approach focuses on building confidence while helping children fully grasp what they are learning, rather than simply memorising information.
Every child is different, and I love adapting my teaching style to suit each student’s needs, pace, and personality. I am passionate about learning and creating a positive, supportive environment where children feel encouraged, capable, and excited to engage with English.

My lessons are calm, encouraging, and structured to suit each child’s individual learning style. I focus on building strong foundations in reading, writing, spelling, and comprehension by explaining concepts clearly and using gentle repetition, examples, and interactive activities to keep children engaged.
Lessons typically last 45-60 minutes and are delivered online in a focused, friendly environment. I have strong experience explaining English in a clear, accessible way and I am known for helping children feel confident and capable in their learning abilities.
My lessons are ideal for primary school students, especially children who need confidence-building, extra support, or a patient, reassuring approach to English.
