About Julia
I am an executive professional with over 20 years experience. I have been teaching interview techniques for 10 years to a diverse range of audiences, from 15 years of age to 65. I have mentored approximately 2000 students through their first job interview with many being successful on their first attempt. I am also an experienced CV and Selection Criteria writer.

I adapt my teaching style that will suit the needs of the audience. The way that I approach a class of 15 year olds will be completely different to how I work with a class of 45 year olds. Therefore, I do a lot of homework and planning before I deliver a session to ensure that I'm hitting the mark. In my sessions, I am more of a facilitator and encourage and promote group discussion. I believe that the participants in front of me have a lot of experience and knowledge and as a group we should embrace and share that experience and knowledge. That's how we learn. I'm not one for standing up in front of a group and talking 'to' people. It's important to me that people have an opportunity to be included in the discussions, that they can ask questions and participants learn from each other.
