About Cort
My name is Cort and I am here to help. I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and have years of experience teaching, coaching, and mentoring students and athletes. My work spans university-level instruction, athletic performance training, and applied research in physiology and kinesiology. I make complex topics simple, engaging, and relevant — connecting what you learn in class to how the body works in real life. Students know me as patient, approachable, and committed to their goals. Whether you’re preparing for an exam, improving your grades, or wanting a deeper understanding of the human body, I’ll guide you every step of the way.
