I personally had Arnold for three years of my time at high school as my home class teacher and Geography teacher. I can safely say that it was truly the only class I looked forward to every week. He shows compassion, understanding, the ability to convey content in appropriate and fun ways and has the utmost respect from me as a past student. He finds unique ways to teach content that is easy to grasp and peaks interest. He would be an absolute asset to any institute that would accept or even be considered for. He was always on time to class and would always make time for students should they need assistance with personal issues and in my personal opinion should be the model of what a teacher should be.
