About Dimitrios
Hi, I am Dimitrios "Jim" Tsarouchis, a Postgraduate Music Student and BA Hons First Class Music graduate from Liverpool Hope University, who enjoys teaching students and sharing his academic and professional knowledge and experiences with them. My main instruments are Piano and Electric Guitar, and I have also specialised in Classical Guitar, in a span of 10+ years. I want to help students find their goals in music, but most importantly guide them through their journey, until they successfully become independent musicians. At the same time, I want those who learn music as a hobby to give them a better understanding of the subject as a whole, for them to appreciate and enjoy it more.

My plan is, through a flexible schedule of 30-minutes to 1-hour of practical and/or theory sessions, to help my students grow and become well educated musicians. Having experience of over 10 years in music, I anticipate offering young and cunning music students proper music lessons, either they pursue it as a career or they want to learn a new instrument. One of my goals is to make my students feel comfortable and welcomed, by helping them deal with various important challenges that they may face along their way as musicians.

Jim's teaching is the most effective and enjoyable I have ever experienced. He is enthusiastic, patient, flexible and focused, with good humour and a unique way of transmitting his know ledge to others. He is also one of the most creative people I have met and he is kind and respectful to everyone around him. Working with him has truly been a great pleasure and I would definitely recommend him as a teacher!
