About Geoffrey
After receiving my master's in English, I taught a year of high school English before embarking on a career that included teaching standard American English at the college/university level. I have taught at community colleges as well as at the university level. I also have five years of experience teaching English writing and literature online.

I was awarded a bachelor's degree in business at Virginia Tech. After teaching for a year in a Virginia public school, I went to Lynchburg College to earn my master's in English education. I will graduate with a master's in instructional design for online learning from Capella University in June 2017.
