About Michelle
I received my 200 hour Yoga Teacher training and certification at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Western Massachusetts in 2013 . I have taught 3000+ classes with additional training in restorative, yin, YogAstrology, reiki, meditation, breath-work, hot varieties, essential oils and sound healing.
I have an intuitive approach that allows me to work in the moment with the individual in front of me without getting distracted by needing to have the flow look or run a certain way. It is all about the individual.
