About Samuel
I'm a math teacher and have been tutoring for about 10 years. I grew up in San Diego. I graduated from CSU San Marcos with a bachelor's in math and I have a master's in education from National University. I teach all levels of math to help students learn at their level and bring progress to reach their goals.

When I help students, I don't want students just to get the concept and be done with it when the good grades come out. My goal is for them to learn math as a lifelong subject and a language they can understand beyond the classroom. Once students can find an appreciation of math, the grades will show their outcome. Math is not a subject to be scared of but a challenge that can be overcome. Students don’t have to fear making mistakes but learn from them to produce learning outcomes and improvement.
