About Soumya

Welcome! My name is Soumya, and I hold an Honors degree in Hindi from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.

My deep academic grounding in Hindi language and literature enables me to offer structured, highly reliable instruction. Whether you are learning Hindi for travel, family, academic growth, or personal interest, I prioritize a patient, practical, and culturally engaging teaching style. I am dedicated to creating an encouraging environment tailored to students of all ages, backgrounds, and learning levels to help you build real confidence in speaking Hindi.

About the lesson

My approach as a Hindi teacher:

As a native Hindi speaker, I use a communicative, immersive, and student-centered methodology. My focus is on practical fluency, correct pronunciation, and building confidence for real-life conversations rather than rote memorization.

Teaching Techniques & Methods:

I combine structured grammar guidance with fun, interactive speaking exercises, cultural context, and everyday scenarios. Lessons are customized to match your personal learning speed and goals.

Class Structure (60 Minutes):

10 mins: Warm-up conversation and review of previous concepts

25 mins: Core lesson (new vocabulary, grammar pattern, or dialogue)

20 mins: Interactive practice (role-play, listening exercises, speaking drills)

5 mins: Summary, Q&A, and quick actionable feedback

Special Features:

1. Patient, friendly, and encouraging environment

2. Culturally enriched lessons exploring Indian traditions alongside language

3. Tailored study materials, notes, and practice sheets after every class

Target Audience:
My classes are open to all age groups, skill levels, and genders—from young children discovering Hindi for the first time to university students and adult global professionals seeking everyday fluency.
