Experienced native teacher, easy-going and flexible, which makes it very easy to work with. Willing to adapt and work on the topics or skills needed, prepare official exams or even tackle pronunciation matters which sometimes is difficult to find. He gives clear explanations and provides practical, real and useful resources.

Toby worked at Central Park Primary School as a MFL Teacher, teaching French across the whole school, from Sept. 2014 until April 2017. Before this he did a period of time as an agency member of staff before being taken onto contract. He is extremely knowledgeable in the teaching of French and has a clear grasp of the developmental stages of children learning a new language.
Pupils made progress in his lessons and he was able to engage all pupils through a fun approach to learning the language. The profile of French was raised during his time at the school.
I have no reservations in recommending him for tutoring French and there were never any safeguarding concerns raised with his practice.
