About Robert
I have been a primary school teacher for 9 years. I have taught across all Key Stages and I am currently in my fifth year of teaching Year 6. At present I teach at Widford Lodge Preparatory School and have experience with both the 11+ and SATs.
I have a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and a PGCE teaching degree.
I have lived around the Chelmsford area all my life so know the area very well.

I use a range of teaching styles to accommodate all learners. These include guided discussions which are lead by ‘higher order thinking questions’ to help learners develop a greater understanding of a topic, practice questions and papers to apply knowledge in exam conditions and a range of practical and visual tools to aid learning.
