About Charlotte
I am a highly experienced Primary Teacher, who graduated from University of Greenwich. I am a compassionate, caring individual who believes every child matters. My specific interests include alternative, interactive teaching strategies. This enables all children to access learning in a fun and memorable way, promoting curiosity and inquisition. My understanding, nurturing nature allows children to work at their own pace. Progression is a journey that may take many different routes, but we will all arrive at the same destination in our own time.

Initial assessment to highlight areas of improvement. Fun and rewarding sessions which ensures learning in an enjoyable experience. Clear, scaffolded lesson that build on previous learning- celebrating achievements and recognition of progress. Multi sensory sessions so that learning is accessed through a variety of learning styles- this helps to embed new concepts taught. Each lesson is planned to suit your child’s individual requirements, each session is concluded with a retrieval activity to assess understanding and next steps. Each child is encouraged to discuss their successes and challenges faced and are rewarded and reassured.
