About Rahul
A Researcher’s Precision, a Teacher’s Heart
Hello, I’m Rahul. With a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BSc in Computer Science from Imperial College London, I have spent over a decade at the forefront of technical and scientific education. My academic journey has taken me from the rigorous, foundational principles of engineering at Imperial to the cutting-edge, creative problem-solving of AI research at Goldsmiths.
Why Study With Me?
I understand that subjects like Computer Science, Physics, and Statistics can feel like a "black box" to many students. My goal is to demystify these topics. Having reached the highest level of academic research, I possess the unique ability to take incredibly complex theories and break them down into simple, digestible concepts.
When you work with me, you aren't just getting a tutor; you are getting a mentor who understands the standard of excellence required by top-tier universities and the industry alike.
My Commitment to You
Academic Rigour: I bring the same level of discipline and detail to our lessons that I applied to my doctoral thesis.
Professionalism: I pride myself on being organised, punctual, and fully prepared for every session with tailored resources.
Confidence Building: Beyond teaching the "right answers," I focus on building your confidence so you can approach any exam or project with a calm, analytical mind.
Whether you are a GCSE student struggling with the basics of Science or a University student navigating the complexities of Machine Learning and Statistics, I have the expertise and the patience to guide you to success.

My Methodology: Concept Mastery & Application
In STEM subjects, memorisation is a trap. I focus on Conceptual Visualisation—ensuring you understand the "why" before we tackle the "how." Whether it's a complex Physics derivation or a Chemistry reaction mechanism, my teaching involves:
Visual Breakdowns: Using diagrams and virtual whiteboards to simplify abstract concepts.
The "First Principles" Method: We strip problems down to their basic laws (like Newton’s Laws or Atomic Structure) to build a solution from the ground up.
Statistical Intuition: For Statistics, I move beyond formulae to help you interpret data and understand the logic behind hypothesis testing and probability.
Exam Technique: We practise active recall and "reverse-engineering" mark schemes so you know exactly what examiners are looking for.
Typical Lesson Structure
Duration: Typically 60 minutes, though I offer 90-minute "Double Labs" for students tackling both Physics and Chemistry in one go.
The Session: We begin with a 5-minute review of the previous week, 40 minutes of deep-dive teaching and problem-solving, and 15 minutes of exam-style question practice.
Who These Lessons Are For
I tailor my curriculum to meet the needs of:
GCSE/IGCSE Students: Building confidence in Chemistry and Physics basics.
A-Level & IB Candidates: Mastering advanced Statistics and complex Physical theories.
University Undergraduates: Support with data analysis, lab report writing, and foundational science modules.

Rahul has an amazing knowledge about every aspect in computer science, including Mathematics and Programming. I highly recommend Rahul to anyone who needs help
This man is a superstar
Educating and saving people’s lives
..I would definitely recommend Rahul, he has been really helpful both on & off sessions when I get stuck. Has provided me with good explanation on parts I am struggling with relating to JS, HTML, jQuery/ajax.
Rahul is a very good tutor the lessons go smoothly, and I always achieve what I want to learn and understand when I am speaking to him, he has a way of tricking your mind to understand things In a fun and concise way he also gives you the opportunity explore and break the limitations of the concept then smoothly transitioning to another concept building on the previous one. he clearly, he has some experience in the industry and makes learning intuitive and if you listen carefully he throws in some gold Nuggets of information which helped me land my first job a software engineer.
He’s helped me complete multiple tasks and has taught me how to programme within JavaScript
I Have learned Python, Javascript Programming language. I was from non-technical background. Rahul teach me and explain me the basic concepts of programming and computer science which is worth it. Its easy to understand. I will definitely recommend Rahul for the computer science topics.
Very Reliable, Had the best skills you can ask for best tutor ever. Would 100% recommend
