About Jessica
Postgraduate qualification in Acute Nursing, I have worked in many NSW public hospitals and NSW education institutions (public, private sector NSW TAFE). My specialties include general surgical, orthopaedics, and aged care nursing. I've mentored and tutored a range of nursing students clinically in a hospital environment. I have teaching experience in TAFE as well. I have taught year 11 and year 12 students nursing courses as well. I can teach nursing courses in English as well as Chinese if required. I have a passion now in mentoring & guiding the next generation of nurses to be switched on, resourceful, and most importantly be a strong advocate for their patients.

Tailor the lessons according to student's learning needs. Strong focus on helping each student achieve their learning objectives. Encourage student critical thinking and utilize real-life examples. Multi-modal learning methods to engage all learners to achieve better learning outcomes. Familiar with TAFE nursing course structure (not currently accepting TAFE NSW student tutoring requests). Length of a lesson: 30 mins - 60 mins.
