About Ebony
I am a freelance illustrator and animator specializing in mixed media collage for clients, with a passion for sharing my knowledge and techniques. My work has been featured in various exhibitions, and I thrive on exploring the ins and outs of artistic technique, process, and final product. In addition to teaching foundational skills like shading, painting, and drawing, I am also excited to offer lessons in mixed media collage, providing insight into both the creative process and the professional world of illustration and animation.

My tutoring sessions are designed to nurture creativity and develop skills step-by-step in a supportive, fun environment that encourages each student to explore and express their unique artistic style. With two years of experience managing a creative art club in London, I bring practical knowledge alongside my qualifications: a GCSE Art grade A, a Distinction in Foundation Diploma in Art and Design, and a First-Class BA in the Arts. My teaching approach combines foundational skill-building with engaging, hands-on activities, whether the focus is shading, painting, drawing, mixed media, or GCSE art preparation. Lessons are flexible, offering either 1 to 1.5-hour weekly sessions to build skills progressively or 2-hour intensive classes for quick learning. Available for ages 6-18, my classes are designed for young artists eager to learn new techniques and GCSE students seeking focused guidance. Together, we build confidence, creativity, and a solid foundation in the arts.
