About Jodie
Hi, I'm Jodie.
I've been a teacher for several years across the UK, Hong Kong and the Netherlands, but I am now moving into academia. I still adore the classroom, but I want to contribute research to policy decisions around curricular.
Essay writing is a huge passion of mine (however uncool that sounds!) and I believe gaining the power to communicate effectively and persuasively can allow you to truly change the world. My purpose lies in helping students find their voice!

My passion lies in essay writing, and I bring an extensive skill set to meet individual students needs.
I have a First Class Honours degree in History, a PGCE in Secondary Education, a Masters in distinction in Education and I am currently a PhD candidate in Education.
I have been a curriculum coordinator for the MYP, and I enjoy supporting students to develop their writing for future studies. I am particularly passionate about exam preparation, and I am able to support KS4 in GCSE and KS5 in the IB and A Levels.
