About Nurul Najmi Idayu
I strongly believed that every child is special and have equal chance to success. Working as Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapist previously, I have observed the improvement in language and communication skills, as well as reduction in problem behaviours. Eventually, some of the kids managed to go to school and socialised with other normal children.

Dealing with ADHD children, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is scientifically proven to increase language and communication skills, improve attention, focus, social skills, memory and academics, as well as decrease problem behaviours. ABA is taught through system of reward and consequence, with the goal to increase desired behaviours and reduce undesired behaviour. The length of lesson varies on kids, depending on their attention span. Experienced as an ABA Therapist, I have worked with kids aged 2 to 13 years old.
