About Emma
I love learning and believe everybody can excel with the right skils. Nobody thinks alike so tutoring is there to help everyone learn the way they do. I have worked with children through different programs over the years including afterschool science classes. I am graduate of Colorado College with a major in Econonomics and a minor in Art History. I plan to get higher degrees in the years to come.
I love learning, and remember how difficult it was for me as a child. I love creating solutions to problems and findng patterns, I spent my college career focused on this and I think it translates over to learning skills. Plus, children are some of the most rewarding people to work with.

I love to talk to a student and understand where their strengths and weaknesses are in each subject. I also love to talk about additude to learning. I usually break-down large tasks into smaller managable ones so it is not overwhelming.
I know that school can be difficult at all levels, it isn't only going to be the smartest person that should help. Learning is connecting and understanding, not just brain-power.
