Perfect! This is completely overdue, but Sam's tutoring on modal logic saved me from failing first year! It was a subject that terrified me and that I was not making sufficient progress with on my own. I ended up passing it, and actually developed an appreciation for the subject in the process. Sam was consistently affable, patient, polite and proposed creative solutions which helped me reach a deeper understanding of the subject on my own terms.
