About Mark
I enjoy flying so much and I am fortunate to fly for a living. I want to pass on the joy of flying an airplane to the next generation of pilots.
I became a flight instructor while pursuing a career in flying at 19. I have continuously held my instructor certificate since then and have been active for most of my years as an instructor. I have had zero failures for my clients who have taken FAA practical exams.
12,000 hours of flight time, FAA Flight Instructor, Instrument Flight Instructor, Multi-Engine Instructor, Airline Transport Pilot (highest level of FAA pilot certificate)

I follow a syllabus and the lessons work simultaneously between the flying and the study time at home.

Experience counts. Don't cheap out. Make sure your instructor is fully dedicated to your success and not just trying to use you to build hours and move on to an airline or corporate flying job
I am always fond of teaching a brand new student from their first flying lesson with no background on flying airplanes to the point where I can get out of the airplane and watch them fly the airplane by themselves.
