He teaches everything there is to know about softball. Defensively, offensively, mental strength and strategies. The drills he teaches are fun and challenging and he is constantly looking to change things up so that his student is kept on their toes. He gives 100% in his teachings and expects the same from his students. The best and most knowledgeable coach I have ever trained with.

As his daughter, I may be a bit biased, but my Dad taught my sister and I so much about the game since such a young age. His drills were always far more advanced than those we used while playing for our high school and college teams. This is largely due to my Dad’s vast knowledge of both sports from all his high-level experience in pro minor league baseball and men’s fastpitch softball. Even now, after many years past his competitive days, my dad is still a student of the game and constantly learning and reinventing his trade.

Bob has given my daughter the mental part of hitting as well as mechanics to go and will now play in College after Graduation ! Great hit coach great person .

Barron is super easy to talk to & made lessons fun. He is very passionate and knowledgable about both Baseball & Softball. It was always great to hear his stories - both Baseball & Softball. He challenges his players to understand WHY they are doing certain things vs. going through the motions.
