About Reger
Here at Dowell5 Elite Basketball Skills & Development we provide quality basketball training for all aspiring athletes. We strive to develop our athletes on and off the court. We not only attempt to better their on court skills, but stress the importance of being leaders in the community. Our training is skill based, with a focus on developing our players, from various ages to skill levels. The services we provide include private/group trainings sessions, skill specific classes, and shooting training. Ultimately, our goal is to help each athlete reach their specific goals, whether that’s high level basketball, or simply beating your buddies at recess!!
For over 25 years I've dedicated my life to the game of Basketball. I've played at any and all levels starting from the 3rd grade. Basketball has been my tool to not only receive 2 full scholarships to Oklahoma State & UT Arlington but also a once in a life time experience to travel the world.
Now as a 7 year professional international basketball player I've found a new love in training the youth here in my home city of Dallas, Texas. I'm enjoying every bit of giving back many of the secrets and specific skills I've learned along my journey. Seeing kids implement these skills and improve over time is a beautiful thing to witness.
Arrived back on US soil in March of 2020 as Covid shut the world down and canceled basketball in the middle of my season. Soon after arriving home I begin training members of my family.

- Identify the "Why" factor. Basketball is free. Why are we here today with a paid trainer?
What is the Short term-LongTerm Goal?
-Skills and ability assessment. Identify the players current skill level, weaknesses & strong points.
-Action. Which training package gives us the greatest opportunity to achieve the desired goal. For serious goals and aspirations, 1 training session per week likely won't be enough bring the results desired. In basketball Muscle memory as well as IQ is key. Very difficult to maintain those 2 if not consistent.
All ages. New beginners, highscool, experienced professional athletes.
Get with someone who not only instructs verbally but can also show you precisely the skills performed. Many trainers here in Dallas have very little experience playing competitive basketball but are great salesman. Know and recognize the difference. Credentials or golden

Dowell5 Elite Basketball Skills Pricing Plan
Group Basketball Training (All Ages/1hour)
$420 a month.12 workouts 3x per week
$300 a month. 8 workouts 2x per week
$50 single workout
Private Basketball Training (1hour High Intensity)
$720 per month. 12 workouts 3x per week
$520 per month. 8 workouts 2x per week
$75 Single workout
$100 Private Home workouts (must be within 30 miles of Downtown Dallas)
Locations: Bob Knight Fieldhouse Duncanville, Texas & Fieldhouse USA Mansfield.
