About TEVIN
I started in the fall of 2019 after my professional career was put on slight pause. Since that time I have really fallen in love with the process of helping teach others my knowlege of the game I've played competivley for over 20 years. My competitive basketball career began at the age of 6 and since then I have gone on to play at almost every level you can think of including, AAU, Travel, Middle School, Varsity High School, Prep School, Division 1 College basketball, and professtional basketball overseas. I have had many different coaches, and trainers over the years and have asorbed knowledge from all of them. I am also still activley learning as a player and as a trainer.
My coaching experience started at basketball camps where coached kids from ages 8-17 at a number of basketball camps throughout New England and beyond (ASA, Nike Sports Camps. The Connecticut Basketball School, Etc.) I have been working at these camps from 2013 till now.
I have also triained adults including pros, and others just looking to get better for their pick up and recreational games.
My Clients can expect a detailed oriented workout where we focus on polishing their strengths, improving their weaknesses and making the client a better player overall. Each client will have a session with drills and training that is geared specifically toward them.
I really enjoy seeing the growth in each indivual I work with and love helping them try to reach their goals!
My basketball experience goes back to when I was very young.
I started playing competivley at the age of 6 and continue to play competivley and professionally in Europe.

When working with a new student, I put them through a basic workout to asses their overall skill level. Once I get a feel for their strengths and weakness I develop a plan to help them improve their weaknesses. I also speak with them about what exactly theu feel like they need to work on.

Great with my boys learned more in 2 sessions than 2 years with ymca coaching
Tevin was great. We're 1 session in, but he covered a lot and built a nice rapport already. Looking forward to more sessions. He's got a great combo of soft skills and basketball coaching skills. 5 stars - no doubt.
My 12 year old son just had a great session with Coach Tevin. Great coaching style and fun. Thank you!
