About Vincent
I am Vincent, a PhD in molecular biology and virology now doing a postdoc in cancer research at UCSF. During my PhD, I taught for 4 years at the university several classes in biology, molecular biology and virology.
I love sharing the knowledge that I have and giving my students the keys to better understand and learn. I know that there is no such thing as "one method fits all" and will do my best to understand what are your struggles and how I can alleviate them. I would love to discuss with you about it and to help you stand out.

The first critical step is to identify the student's struggles and the reason why. I learned several teaching techniques to help the majority of students by giving them everything they need to better understand and learn. Teaching comes with trust and I like to have solid grounds with my student.
I have worked with college students but a few years ago I also taught guitar lessons to kids from 5 to 15 years old.
Take the time to get to know each other as trust is the key for a good student-teacher relationship.
