The meal plan can be customized to You specific diet..I would describe my cuisine style as Healthy soulfood from semi scratch kitchen..I have mastered the art of getting r kids to eat all the foods they claim to dislike...There is no occasion to small for the Flavors and Feelings my food will Cause You to experience..
