About Raynard
I have been in the culinary field for 20 years. I started in the US Navy. Then from there I have worked for few high end hotels and restaurants. Ritz Carlton, Chateau Elan, Omni Hotels & Resorts, Blue Ridge Grill, and Eagles Landing Country Club just to name a few. Outside of the military I attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.

One of the main things I try to when working with a new client is to figure out what their cooking level is. For instance if a client has no cooking experience I will tailor my instruction in a tiered process. I would begin with the basicss, then I would gradually move them up to more advanced techniques. I always want the process to be fun and engaging.
