About Jim
I am a retired broadway dancer from NYC. Certified in training and dance, my clients have been winners on the red carpet at the Tonys and Oscars. Want to stay fit like the stars? I'm your trainer.
I saw how, in theatre, opportunities started to open up for me when I was in top physical shape. Plus, your confidence levels soar!
I enjoy working with athletes in recovery the most. Being injured can feel like a prison sentence, but there is no injury you can't heal from and come back stronger.

I started teaching fitness dance in the late 90's just before I ventured to NYC for college where I majored in acting and dance at Mymout Manhattan College.
I was a professional dang for over a decade before making the switch to teaching anf training. Certified in various echniques of fitness and dance.
