Friendship, mutual understanding & commitment are the steps for working with a new student.
I accept almost all kind of students. I work with students up to Class-10. But my personal interest is to work with students from Elementary School.
You should hire a teacher who can understand and motivate you, always gives you value and priority.
I love cultural festivals in home and abroad. But hardly I can directly participate.
