About Mahalia
Peace and greetings!!! I am a devoted educator on my 2nd year in the classroom. I've worked as a virtual teacher in 2020. I'm certified by the state of Michigan to teach Spanish and English. I've recently graduated with a bachelors and masters degree (Oakland University and Grand Canyon University). I've been a tutor for 5+ years. I also specialize in literacy development and educational technology! I use my specializations to fulfill my purpose of helping build better brains. I do an excellent job because I have passion, purpose, and skill. I show how much I care through planning thoughtful and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for student to see their progress through a growth mindset.
