About Heather
I am certified in General and Special Education. I have a Master's Degree in General and Special Education from Touro College. I am also certified in ESL and have completed my 30+ credits. I have been teaching for 10 years. I am grateful to have been able to work with various grades; Pre-K, K, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8th. Currently I teach 5th grade ICT for the third year, where I teach all subjects along side a co-teacher. Additionally, I provide any Special Education accommodations to my students.
I truly enjoy working with students of all ages. I continue to go back to school to expand my knowledge and gain more certifications. I love what I do because I get such gratification seeing my students learn and grow from my teaching abilities.
