About Rachel
I love seeing the passion in my student's eyes when they finally understand and digest the knowledge given to them. My goal is to not only help a child with homework but to teach them to search and understand them meaning. I believe that all children have the ability to be understood and to understand what others are saying.

I figure out where a new student is by asking pointed questions based on the work they need help on. I meet their needs by patiently waiting for answers, encouraging and praising each child when work expectations are met.
All ages, from elementary to college
My advice would be that it doesn't matter hwo many degrees a teacher has, your personalties and goals have to match to get anywhere.
Helping a student who loudly pronounced that he would never understand grammer to getting him to ask and correctly answer grammar questions on his own.
