About Lindsay
I am a certified K-5 teacher. I am also certified in high ability education K-12. Currently, I teach high ability kindergarten.
I love helping students grow in their love for learning. It brings me joy when they discover new things or learn new skills.
I started teaching at an elementary school in 2016. I have also taught dance for 5+ years.
I have an undergraduate degree in elementary education and a master's certificate in gifted, creative, and talented studies.

I like to develop a relationship with the student before we dive into their work. It is important for me to get to know the student and their family. I believe students learn better when they feel like their teacher cares about them and takes an interest in their life.
I have taught grades K-2. I have taught in an inclusion classroom, a general education classroom, as well as a gifted classroom.
