I try to get know the student and see how they learn best. Some students learn best with flash cards, or videos, or with explaining it themselves. I work with their strengths and do my best to get them to find the confidence they need succeed.
I have worked with studnet with special needs. I have worked with students with IEPs. I have worked with students from other countries.
