About Robin
I have been a fashion designer of Haute Couture and made to measure for 20 years and worked in Miami and Brazil. I have a degree in Fashion Design and an atelier in Marblehead, Ma 01945, where I have the latest in technology. I used to sell CAD to the apparel industry. I use mostly industrial sewing machines and use the latest technology in CAD and Plotters for plotting patterns. My course will offer, Draping, measuring and understanding the dress form and draping muslins to make a base line of basic patterns. The next level will be to sew those patterns and test them and Digitize them into the CAD program. The next level will be to Grade those patterns and take the measurements of the students and plot the patterns and cut into muslin and fit the patterns on the student. Then we will do the same in stretch fabric and learn the differences in working with stretch and lycra/spandex. We will also design leggings and swimsuits.
I love being creative and I am addicted to fabrics which you will see from my inventory! Let's go on a journey and design.
