About Stacey
I am a calm, nurturing swim and fitness instructor. Great working with all levels, but excelling with criers and those afraid of water. I tend to have rapid results. Passionate about swimming, I am a Certified Red Cross Water Safety Instructor with over 30 years of experience. (I am actually 52 years old, but look very young for my age due to swimming.) My parents jokingly referred to me as "The Baby Whisperer." If your swimmer needs a little extra TLC, I offer private swim instruction one on one. As a fitness trainer, weight lifter, and a former triathlon and swim team participant, I have a lot of experience for teaching various types of sport and fitness. I've taught everything from basic fitness to diving.
I love helping students overcome their fear of the water or achieving skills that they can use for a lifetime of good health and fitness. Swimming has done so much for me both personally and professionally. I love every aspect of swimming from basic through competition training. Whatever the needs of the swimmer, I've got it covered.
