About

Hi, my name is RJ Proctor. Football has been apart of my life since I was 4 years old. I currently provide football consultation and training services to clients in the Kansas and Missouri area. I was a former starting Offensive Lineman at the University of Virginia (2015-2019) and at the University of Oklahoma (2019-2020). During my 2017-2018 college football season at UVA I played as a starting Offensive Lineman (Offensive Guard) and our team became the Belk Bowl Championship Winner. In 2019, I and my Oklahoma Sooner team won the Big 12 Championship game and we also became a CFP Semifinalist at the Peach Bowl against LSU. At OU, my OL team and I were nominated as a Joe Moore Award Semifinalist, which is awarded annually to the most outstanding, toughest and physical football offensive line unit in college; While also attending college I worked as a Personal Trainer helping kids and adults improve their physical performance and endurance skills with an emphasis on technique for athletes. Although I started providing consultation and sports sessions formally as a business in 2024, I have always provided training in a freelance capacity for over 10 years. Overall, I’m really good at what I do, I train with patience and no matter the age level of my client, my goal is always to provide training sessions that are educational, motivational and fun.
