About Rocky
I've been training athletes for 17 years and coaching football for 10 years. I specialize in RB and LB. coached O-line and D-line for 5 years. I coach. I love the sport along with respect for the sport I train only to be the best. I'm only a good fit if your wanting to work hard and go the extra mile. You expect me to be 100% in so I expect the same.
I got into this because I was taught wrong by my high school coaches on lifting technique's stance and how to run the ball so I started getting underneath individuals that knew the proper techniques in the science behind the sport and movements
I was ACE certified but It expired. Play the game at another levels. I've been trained by coaches that have been in the professional level along with mentored by coaches and trainers who have been doing this for well over 50 years.

I do a speed And agility session to write where the athletes at and then I do a strength assessment so I require two workouts to be able to determine where you were at to build a program that fits what you were trying to do as athlete
Collage high school and youth.
Make sure that they have love and passion for what they're doing they genuinely have your best interest in mind and they understand when they are training you that it is your time not theirs. Do you have goals and need to be met and your trainer should want them just as bad as you do
I took one individual is getting ready for a combine could barely hit 225 for 1rep and got him up to 15repz just by fixing his technique over a 4 month period.

Depends on the athlete and the financial situation of the parent or guardian or the athlete themselves. I believe that everybody deserves training and you shouldn't have to put a price tag on this. I do this for the fun and the love of it will discuss pricing depending on how hard you were willing to work.
