About Anthony
My sessions are geared around becoming efficient on the football with the goal of eliminating unnecessary (false) steps. I instuct based on the player's current team's offensive or defensive scheme providing the extra reps needed to perfect their assignment.
I enjoy seeing athletes getting better from session to session and having them recognizing better they get with their hard work.
