About Amy
A former teacher with twenty years of college admissions experience, I know how to engage and inspire students. My background in journalism also allows me to offer unique insight on writing.
I love changing mindsets. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a student’s frustration turn to understanding and excitement about a subject.
Before I became a tutor, i was a homeroom teacher at an elite private school in Claremont, CA.
