As a parent there are three major pillars I need in an instructor: promptness, patience/relatability, and expertise. Doyle masterfully meets all of these requirements. My son has learned a lot from Doyle and the flexibility he has with working with my son has been a great windfall. I have seen a vast improvement in both my son’s performance and confidence, and whilst I don’t often offer recommendations, I would unwaveringly recommend Doyle to anyone of any age.

Doyle truly makes learning fun! He is happy, positive, upbeat, encouraging and he really knows music and instruments. He is always on time, on the rare occasion he has a conflict he is quick to find a new time to make up for the missed lesson. He has taught all four of our children how to play an instrument (trumpet, clarinet, French horn, and trombone) and they have all really enjoyed having him as a teacher.
