About Michele
Life Coaching is a skill that requires experience and wisdom. I am a wise woman who has conquered losing a successful business, divorce, single parenthood, re-inventing myself, and finding joy through the chaos and the changes. I loved in NYC for 28 years as a beauty and fashion expert. Working with high end fashion companies and high net worth individuals. I noticed everyone wants the same thing .. validation and love. My training as a life coach and hypnotherapist has given me the skills to help others make the necessary changes to thrive and survive doing these unstable times. I offer meditation and breathwork as a tools of transformation. My website is Breathefocus.com.
I enjoy seeing people drop their limited beliefs, false narratives and move into their purpose. After each meditation a new perspective has a chance to improve our lives.
I originally taught Image and Beauty coaching and then enhanced my skill set with mindset and personal coaching.
I am certified as a hypnotherapist, NLP, EFT, and Certified Mastery Transformation Coach. I'm also very experienced in esthetics and energy work
such as reiki,meditation, crystals, color therapy and aromatherapy for over 20 years
