First session will be an assessment of skill coordination and overall performance. We will discuss your intrest in training, what you would like to learn, and what you want to improve on. Then we will draw up a program that fits your specific needs and interests.
I have worked with students of all ages ranging from 4 years old to 75 years old. I tailor the program to your specific needs and abilities. I have worked with police officers, security guards, mma fighters, boxers, and simply people who just want to learn a new skill or self defense. Also I have taught many women's self denfense lessons.
