About the lesson

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Subjects: ATAR Chemistry, Methods, Year 7-10 Math

Location: My home in Canning Vale, student's home (travel fee applies) or online.

1 on 1 or group lessons available

My tutoring approach consists of ensuring the student has a firm grasp of the concepts and their application. This involves verbal and/or pictorial explanation as well as attempting and reflecting on practice questions. As each student is different, I pace each lesson differently. As a result, students may end up working ahead of the syllabus.

I have access to a range of resources including worksheets, past tests and exams to help them practice during the week.

I am accessible to students during the week via email or text message. I find students learn better when they engage in this way.

Reviews:

I engaged Lucas as a private math tutor for my children in year 6 and 7. He is a gifted individual who shows up punctually, teaches attentively and conducts himself in a polite and respectful manner, maintaining a professional demeanour through his classes and communications. Lucas’s academic credentials distinguish him as a unique individual with much more to offer than just teaching. I recommend him as a long term tutor and one that can be a valuable asset towards your child’s academic journey. - Parent of Yr 6 and 7 Math Students

Lucas helped me a lot for Year 12 Chemistry and I’m truly grateful. Keeps things simple and understandable. Highly recommend. - Year 12 Chemistry student
