About Patrick
Hi, my name is Patrick, and I’m a 3rd-year Mechanical Engineering major with strong foundational math skills. I graduated from a competitive local high school where I took multiple AP courses, so I understand the rigor of the curriculum and the expectations students face.
In college, I’ve recently completed Calculus I–III, and I can tutor all levels of math; from geometry and algebra through differential calculus. I also studied biochemistry for a few years, completing General Chemistry I–III, Organic Chemistry, and several biology courses, so I’m able to support students in science as well as math.
I’ve worked with many children and teens in different subjects, from general homework help to AP exam prep. Growing up with ADHD, I faced my own challenges in school, which taught me the importance of patience, encouragement, and confidence-building. That’s the approach I bring to tutoring today, breaking concepts down, focusing on understanding, and making sure students feel supported and motivated.
Beyond math and science, I’m also happy to help with other subjects, study strategies, or general academic confidence. I’d love to learn more about your goals and how I can best support your student. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Patrick tutored my 9th grade daughter in Geometry, and we had such a positive experience. He is friendly, approachable, and brought a fresh perspective to the material. My daughter mentioned that she felt much more comfortable learning with him because of his patience and supportive style. With his help, she not only earned an A in the class but also gained valuable test-taking strategies, like practicing sequencing and breaking problems into steps. I highly recommend Patrick as a tutor!
